The Onesource system allows company managers and administrators to post documents, Web links, and other company files for viewing by authorized managers, administrators, and employees. Specific Onesource portal tools include: Employee Directory, FAQ’s, Surveys, Links, Documents, etc. Onesource allows for company content (Employee Handbooks, etc.) to be co-mingled with HR/benefits content (COBRA rules, etc.), as desired.
