This Onesource module allows you to store, track, query and report on employee education, work experience and skills (computers, foreign languages, etc.). This tool can be used for various purposes. For example, you can run a search to find employees with a particular blend of work experience and education and skills, such as BA’s with Powerpoint and Spanish language skills. Or you can track the number of people who have completed a specific training class.
